The Group invested in a new high-standard workers' dormitory covering an area of 1,000 square metres for Mainland Group Lung Kong Rubber Sdn.Bhd.in 2023, which can satisfy the living and accommodation of more than 130 people, greatly improving the quality of life of the employees and enhancing their satisfaction and sense of belonging.

In terms of product quality we have always been committed to producing the best quality SMR MIX and RSS products, constantly improving our processes, stabilizing production and improving quality to provide customers with excellent products and services. Our mainstream products ,SMR, SMR MIX and RSS, are in great demand in both domestic and overseas markets. The Group strictly controls the quality of our products, and all products undergo self-inspection by the factory's laboratories and testing by the official Malaysian Rubber Board's designated laboratories, which is a layer-by-layer control to ensure that the quality of our products meets the requirements of our customers.

The Group plans to further expand the power capacity of the factory and add new production lines, aiming to reach an annual production capacity of 150,000 tonnes in 2025, and create at least 200 new jobs for the local community.
