Mainland Group Lung Kong Rubber Sdn.Bhd
The history of Mainland Group Lung Kong Rubber Sdn.Bhd. can be traced back to as early as the 1960s, and obtained the standard rubber production licence issued by the Malaysian Rubber Board in the 1970s, and was formally established in October 2004 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, occupying a land area of approximately 8 hectares. In line with the overall strategic plan, the Group invested in the expansion of the Lung Kong Rubber Sdn.Bhd.in 2023 to include a 3,600 square metres dry rubber raw material warehouse and a 5,000 square metres cup rubber raw material warehouse, which currently has a maximum storage capacity of 15,000 tonnes of dry rubber and 18,000 tonnes of cup rubber. The factory is equipped with a water line with a capacity of 8 tonnes per hour and 4 dry lines with a capacity of 5 tonnes per hour. The automated production equipment allows Lung Kong factory to have a high standard of processing capacity for SMR,SMR MIX, RSS, etc. With the strong support of the Group, Lung Kong factory's production capacity and production efficiency have been continuously improved, and the labour intensity of workers has been continuously reduced, and the comprehensive annual production capacity can reach 80,000 tonnes or more.
